Admission Policy
At Aviation Staff School Zaria, there shall be no discrimination against any child or their family seeking admission to study in our School. All parents, regardless of nationality, ethnicity or religion, are welcome and encouraged to seek admission for their children or wards into our School whenever we are receiving applications for admission.
General Admission Processes

Our admissions are almost 100% automated online. All candidates seeking admission into our school must fill the admission form and pay the prescribed processing fee online. They can also follow their progress by logging in to their Dashboard at any time. Here are the general procesdures:
The School Decides and Announces Sales of Forms
Usually around mid June of every year, the School Authorities announce opening of the admissions portal to start receiving applications for admission from the general public. This usually lasts till middle of September that year.
Parents Appply on Behalf of the Wards
All admission applications are filled and submitted online by Parents, Guardians and Sponsors on behalf of their wards within the application period. No candidate may directly apply for admission by themselves.
Regular, Transfer and Special Admissions
Regular admissions are for the general public seeking to attend our School during normal admission windows. Transfer admissions are for students already enrolled in other schools but seeking to transfer to our school during normal admission windows. Special admissions are for special cases of candidates seeking to enroll into our Schools when the regular admission window has closed.
Pre-Admission Examinations and Interviews
All candidates who apply for admission must appear for a screening examination and/or interview to determine their suitability for placement in the class they apply for. The examinations/interviews are conducted for Primary 1 - SS3 candidates. Interviews will require the parent, guardian or sponsor of the candidate to be also present.
Sucessful Candidates are Shortlisted and Enrolled
Candidates who perform best in the screening exams and interviews are shortlisted for provisional admission and enrolled into their appropriate classes if they accept the offer of admission
